We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Delivery is available to:

  • Regional towns
  • Outlying and rural areas where courier services operate

International shipping is not currently offered.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel size
  • Courier service selected

Standard South Africa Shipping Rates

  • Locker to Locker (Major & Regional Areas): from R99
  • Locker to Door (Major & Regional Areas): from R149
  • Remote or outlying areas: courier surcharge may apply and will be confirmed before dispatch.

The full shipping cost is always shown before payment is completed.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Processing includes:

  • Packing and preparation
  • Personalisation or activation (where applicable)
  • Booking the courier collection

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.


Delivery Delays

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

The parcel may be returned or held by the courier.

Any additional re-delivery fees may be charged unless the error was ours.


Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the provided address.
Ownership remains with the company until full payment has been received.


Collection

Collection may be available by prior arrangement.
Orders are shipped by courier unless collection has been confirmed in advance.
